Hello! I've been making jewellery in various forms since I was a child but always wanted to work in precious metal. I had the opportunity a few years ago, to have my own workshop built (thank you Mum and Hubby). I had previously gone on various courses where I discovered that I loved working with silver. From this, Sally Davies Silver was eventually born. I have trained in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and still study to improve my craft via a hugely experienced Goldsmith and teacher from South Wales. I am a member of several professional bodies including the Guild of Jewellery Designers, but still ran around the house screaming with excitement when one of my earring designs won 'Design of the Week' run by a popular bullion supplier. I attend occasional craft fayres in and around Shropshire - check my Facebook page (link at the bottom of the page) for when and where.
I and my lovely hubby like to go to the coast with our nutter of a miniature schnauzer, Arthur, and I love spending time with my gorgeous daughter and grandchildren. Shropshire offers so many beautiful places to take dog and children, and I especially love long walks through the ancient forests of which there are several nearby.
I also have a particular love of wine, pancakes with lemon and sugar, cream cakes and cheese (not necessarily all together) which does nothing for my rapidly expanding waistline - ah well... To 'healthy it up' a bit, I do eat strawberries.
I hope you enjoy browsing my jewellery and I am happy to respond to any questions you may have - simply drop me a message via the 'contact' page and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you for visiting my website,
